WOD – Workout of the Day

EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute

AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible

Example: If the WOD calls for 3 exercises E4MoM, you must accomplish the alloted movements within 4 minutes.  If it took you 3 minutes you must rest the remainder of the time. EOMOM is Every Other Minute on the Minute.

​Example: If the workout calls for a series of exercises AMRAP, you repeat the circuit as many times as possible in the time allotted.

Cashout – Once the WOD is completed, these exercises are then done based on the formula described

AHAP – As Heavy As Possible

HSPU – Handstand Pushup

DU – DOuble Under

KB Swing – Kettlebell Swings

JR – Jump Rope (10 Jumps = 1 Calorie)

TTB – Toes to Bar or hanging leg raise

AD – AeroDyne Bike

DB – Dumbell

BW – Bodyweight
